What currency are your prices listed in?

All prices on our website are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! We offer shipping within New Zealand and to Australia. Enjoy free shipping on New Zealand orders over $100 NZD. For orders under $100 NZD, standard shipping is just a flat rate of $5 NZD. Shipping to Australia is available for a flat rate of $10 NZD.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once your order is dispatched, delivery within New Zealand typically takes 2-5 business days. For rural areas, it may take an extra 1-2 days. Shipping to Australia generally takes 5-10 business days. You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way!

Are your garments made in New Zealand?

Yes! We take pride in offering garments that are exclusively designed and made in New Zealand. We’re committed to supporting local craftsmanship and ensuring the highest quality for you.

Can I return or exchange an item?

All sales are final, and we don’t offer returns or exchanges unless the item is faulty. If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please reach out to us within 7 days at hello@poppysfashionarchive.co.nz, and we’ll be happy to assist.

How do I know if an item is in stock?

You can check the product page for available sizes and colors. If a size or color isn’t visible, it’s unfortunately out of stock. We regularly restock popular items, so feel free to check back!
